Project to develop seven (7) user guides and templates for a toolkit that will provide information to help colleges implement, evaluate, and adapt their AB 705 implementation plans to continuously improve student outcomes and close equity gaps. The user guides and templates are based on feedback collected from statewide survey results, statewide convenings, and discussions with practitioners regarding what they need from the state to support their AB 705 efforts.


Framework outlining an approach for annually evaluating  community college performance, which became the basis of Accountability Reporting for the Community Colleges (ARCC).


Research project designed to identify which factors have the greatest influence on transfer outcomes among high-leverage African-American learners in the CCC system. The project involves a mixed-methods approach to identify the “tipping points” for transfer-focused African-American students.


Quantitative analysis focused on African-American/Black student success in the California Community Colleges system.


"College success dashboard” created to provide consistent, high-level information on community college student momentum points and outcomes for Aspen’s Prize finalist visit teams, as well as their Presidential Fellows.

Project examining Bakersfield College’s dual / concurrent enrollment programs and the launch of its Early College High School.
