IRPE Summer Institute 2022-23


Registration for the IRPE Summer-to-Summer Institute 2022–23 is now open! Click here to register. The deadline to register is July 18, 2022.

Registration includes:

  • Five days of in-person sessions, team time, and peer consultation

  • Lodging and meals for in-person events at Kellogg West Hotel and Conference Center:

    • August 2, 2022 - lunch, snacks, dinner, and lodging

    • August 3, 2022 - breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner, and lodging

    • August 4, 2022 - breakfast and snacks

    • June 14, 2023 - lunch, snacks, dinner, and lodging

    • June 15, 2023 - breakfast and snacks

  • Seven months of live virtual sessions

  • Monthly virtual office hours with Institute leaders

*The RP Group Member registration rate is available to participants attending from California community college institutions (college or district office) that are current RP members. To confirm the membership status of your institution, see current list of 2022–23 RP Group Institutional Members.

If your institution is not a current member but you would like to pay the 2022–2023 dues for your institution to receive the conference member registration rate, become a member today. Dues payments must be received by August 31, 2022 to qualify for the member registration rate.

Check payments are due in full by July 29, 2022

All cancellations must be made in writing via email to Cancellation requests received by July 18, 2022  will be refunded in full minus a $75 processing fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after July 18, 2022.

The RP Group is committed to protecting the health and safety of all who participate in the IRPE Summer-to-Summer Institute 2022–23. All institute attendees, presenters, and staff must be up to date with their COVID-19 vaccinations, as defined by the CDC, or show proof of a negative COVID-19 antigen test taken within 24 hours of the beginning of the institute.

If you are up to date with your vaccinations, you will be asked to show proof of vaccination (your physical vaccine card or digital vaccine record) when you check in at the institute. If you are not up to date, you must bring proof of a negative COVID-19 antigen test result taken within 24 hours of the beginning of the institute. Your test results will be verified by an institute staff member when you check in.

We will continue to monitor local (county), state, and federal requirements and will provide updates as necessary.
