
EDI Action Plan
The RP Group’s commitment to Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) includes embedding equity into our strategic planning efforts, such that the EDI is woven into the fabric of the organization.
In 2022-2023, to bridge the gap between the organization’s current EDI efforts and its next strategic plan that would cover 2024-2028, we created the 2022-2024 EDI Action Plan to outline the key strategies, actions, and intended outcomes based on the priorities and needs identified from our Organizational Assessment and Demographics Surveys.
The 2022-2024 EDI Action Plan served as a roadmap to put our commitment to EDI into practice. The launch of the organization’s 2024–2028 Strategic Plan integrated EDI, such that a separate EDI action plan is no longer needed.
A new report, Outcomes from our 2022–24 EDI Action Plan, summarizes and recognizes our progress through June 30, 2024, before we transitioned to implementing our new Strategic Plan on July 1, 2024.
