The RP Group’s commitment to EDI includes embedding equity into our strategic planning efforts, such that the EDI is woven into the fabric of the organization.
To bridge the gap between the organization’s current EDI efforts and its next strategic plan that will cover 2024-2029, The RP Group’s 2022-2024 EDI Action Plan identify the key strategies, actions, and intended outcomes based on the priorities and needs identified from its Organizational Assessment and Demographic surveys.
