The room block at Bay Landing Hotel is almost full and the Hyatt is sold out. If you are unable to reserve a room at Bay Landing and would like to be put on a wait list for a group rate room at either hotel, please email Shannon Qualls at MeetingWise  with the following information and they will add you to the list. Please be advised that you will only hear from MeetingWise IF a room becomes available. This likely won't be until the week before or the week of the conference. In the meantime, we recommend you make reservations at another hotel (see list below) that allows you to cancel should a room in the block become available.

The RP Group would like to secure more rooms at Hyatt SFO if possible and we need your assistance to do so.

If you are canceling a room with the hotel on or prior to September 13th, please do so directly with the hotel but also email with the name of the individual whose room is being canceled and the arrival date, departure date and hotel confirmation # (if possible) so that we know one or more rooms is available again in the block.

If you want to cancel a room with the hotel on or after September 14th we ask that you NOT cancel the room directly with the hotel but that you email the request directly to admin@meetingwise.netwith the above details and we will cancel the room for you. This will allow us to use the room for another conference attendee on our waitlist. Once the name change has been made on the room reservation, you will be emailed with cancellation details, which may take up to two weeks to get to you. If the room was paid by check rather than credit card guarantee, we will also need that information so that we may make proper arrangements for the refund to you.

Complimentary wireless internet service will be provided in guest rooms and public spaces. We are also providing complimentary Wi-Fi in the meeting space for all attendees, presenters, and sponsors/exhibitors.

We have negotiated a 50% discount on all day use and overnight self-parking rates, which is currently $30.00 per day making the conference rate $15 per day. Rates are subject to change at any time.  Discover more information on parking and transportation options.

Located on the San Francisco Peninsula, Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport is a contemporary hotel near San Francisco International Airport with free shuttle service daily to and from SFO and Burlingame. The complimentary shuttle runs every 10-15 minutes. From SFO, take your luggage to the Departures Level center island and look for the area marked "Hotel Shuttle." The shuttle bus is marked "Hyatt Regency and Marriott.” For arrivals and departures between 12:00 a.m. and 4:46 a.m., free shuttles pick up guests every 30 minutes. There is also a Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) station at the airport.

The hotel has a smoke-free policy. The outdoor swimming pool is heated and includes a whirlpool. The 24-hour StayFit™ Gym offers both cardiovascular equipment and free weights.


The conference includes lunch for all participants on October 9th and 10th, and breakfast on October 10th. There will also be a reception with light hors-d‘oeuvres on October 9th in the early evening. For other meals, there are dining options within the hotel, including: 3SIXTY Bistro, Bar, and Market and within a short walking distance of the hotel.
