The rate will be honored, based on availability, until 5:00 pm Pacific time on September 15, 2025, but the group block could potentially sell out at any time. For that reason, we encourage early reservations. Reservation cancellations must be made a minimum of 48 hours (by 3:00 pm Pacific time) prior to the arrival date to avoid penalties. Early departure fees will apply if you depart the hotel before your confirmed check-out date.
Complimentary wireless internet service will be provided in guest rooms and public spaces. We are also providing complimentary Wi-Fi in the meeting space for all attendees, presenters, and sponsors/exhibitors.
We have negotiated a discounted rate of $14 per day on all overnight self-parking rates. If you are staying at the hotel, your parking will be charged to your room; when checking out, please verify the correct rate is charged to your folio.
Day rate parking will also be $14 per day for self-parking. There will be a parking validator near #SSSC25 registration for securing the discounted rate. Be sure to get your validation before leaving the hotel each day.
The Hyatt Regency sits just minutes from San Francisco International Airport (SFO). The hotel offers a 24-hour complimentary shuttle service to and from SFO. At SFO, go to the departure level, middle aisle. The bus is marked "Hyatt Regency” with service every 15 minutes.
The hotel has an outdoor heated swimming pool and whirlpool. The 24-hour StayFit™ Gym offers both cardiovascular equipment and free weights.
Dining
The conference includes lunch for all participants on October 8 and 9 and breakfast on October 9. There will also be a reception with light hors d‘oeuvres on October 9 in the early evening. For other meals, there are dining options within the hotel, including the 3Sixty Bistro, Bar, and Market.
