Dr. Brad Trimble
Director of Learning & Strategy

Dr. Trimble serves as the content lead for RP Group's professional development programs for institutional research, planning, and effectiveness professionals. He is also responsible for organizational resource development and membership engagement activities. Prior to his current role, Dr. Trimble served as a project director for the Institutional Effectiveness Partnership Initiative sponsored by the state Chancellor's Office. He also brings experience as a campus-based faculty researcher focused on equity and student success and many years leading student services programs. Dr. Trimble earned a PhD in Educational Leadership from the University of Nevada, Reno, an MA in Educational Leadership, and a BS in Business Finance from Sacramento State University.
