Clayton Neighbors is a nonprofit professional with a passion for serving under-resourced communities and building capacity and organizational effectiveness within the social impact sector. He brings over 8 years of capacity building, fundraising, and programmatic expertise to the Business Development Manager position at the RP Group. Clayton also currently serves as the Director of Institutional Advancement at Forefront (Illinois' statewide association for grantmakers and nonprofits), where he works with executive leadership to design, implement, and monitor a creative revenue generating strategy. Prior to joining Forefront, Clayton was an Associate Director, Managed Organizations at Arabella Advisors, where he managed a portfolio of nonprofit projects by providing operational expertise and financial and compliance oversight. Clayton earned his Master of Science in Nonprofit Management from The New School, and Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Loyola University Chicago.
