Dr. Donna Cooper

Since 2017, Dr. Donna Cooper has served as the Content Lead, Steering Committee Co-Chair, and Program Committee Co-Chair for the annual Strengthening Student Success Conference.
Donna is currently the Dean of Student Success and Learning at Fresno City College (FCC), overseeing multiple academic support programs including the Library and Tutorial Centers. She has previously served in various roles at FCC including Interim Vice President of Educational Services and Institutional Effectiveness, Basic Skills Faculty Coordinator, and Counselor. Donna holds a doctorate in educational leadership and a Master of Arts in counseling and student services from the California State University, Fresno.
