Jennifer Cooley
Program Associate, Professional Development

Jennifer Cooley provides administrative and logistical support for the RP Group’s Professional Development team, contributing to the planning and execution of in-person and virtual events, workshops, and membership initiatives. In her role, she assists with event coordination, database management, and communications to ensure seamless operations across the department’s programs.
Jennifer brings nearly 20 years of experience in nonprofit administration, operations, and program support. She has worked in executive support, operations, and project management roles across multiple nonprofit organizations, where she managed scheduling, HR coordination, financial administration, event logistics, stakeholder engagement, and program development.
Jennifer is passionate about equity in education and advocacy, particularly for the disability community. She volunteers as a Council Member for the Kaiser Permanente Pediatric Autism Patient and Family Advisory Council in Walnut Creek. She holds a Master of Arts in Humanities and a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Studies from California State University, Dominguez Hills, as well as an Associate of Arts from American River College.
