Dr. Pam Mery
President
Pam Mery serves as Dean of Institutional Effectiveness at City College of San Francisco (CCSF). She began her work at CCSF as a Research Analyst and her experience includes fifteen years in that capacity. Dr. Mery currently oversees Research, Planning, and Outcomes Assessment at CCSF. Pam brings this breadth of experience to The RP Group Board. She also brings to the Board a keen awareness and knowledge of The RP Group’s evolution over the last thirty years. She sees that evolution reflected in the remarkable growth of the IRPE role within the California Community College system—a growth rooted in shared commitment to improving student success and equity through the use of data-informed planning and practices. Pam holds an EdD from San Francisco State University, an MA in Sociology from Bryn Mawr College, and a BA in Sociology with a Gender Studies Concentration from Haverford College.
