Melanie Rogers started her institutional research career in 1998 at California State University, Northridge. She is currently the Senior Research and Assessment Analyst at Santa Barbara City College. Her primary research interests are student success and equity. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and German from University of the Pacific, and a master’s degree in Social Psychology from Claremont Graduate University.
