Jake Kevari

Mr. Jake Kevari has over 10 years of community college experience holding classified professional, faculty, and administrator positions at various California Community Colleges. Currently, Mr. Kevari is the Dean of Institutional Effectiveness at Moreno Valley College, where he is responsible for administrating, coordinating, and communicating an integrated college-wide planning and institutional research program that drives data informed decision making across the institution. He has also held positions as a Chief Instructional Officer, Economics Faculty Member, Accreditation Liaison Officer, and a Research Analyst. With extensive accreditation experience, Mr. Kevari has led a college through a successful site-visit serving as the Accreditation Liaison Officer and has served on four site visit teams. He is also the President for the Research and Planning Group for California Community Colleges and originally joined the board as an at-large member in 2017.
Mr. Kevari was born and raised in the Inland Empire, where he currently resides. Jake received his Bachelor’s of Science in Applied Mathematics in 2008 and his Master’s in Economics in 2010 from the University of California, Riverside.
