Bri Hays
Vice President, Board Development

With over 15 years of experience in community colleges, Bri Hays currently serves as the Senior Dean of Institutional Effectiveness, Success, and Equity at Cuyamaca College, providing leadership to the entire for research, planning, accreditation, dual enrollment grant projects, equity initiatives, and guided pathways. Among her various roles, Bri also serves as the Accreditation Liaison Officer and works closely with faculty, staff, and administrators on campus-wide planning, assessment, and improvement activities. In addition to her current role, Bri served as the Interim Vice President of Student Services at Cuyamaca College from Fall 2022 through Fall 2023, overseeing the entire Student Services division. As a longstanding IRPE professional, Bri has a wide range of experience in research, strategic and integrated planning, and institutional effectiveness in the California Community Colleges system, having previously held institutional research and planning positions at San Diego Mesa College and San Joaquin Delta College. Bri currently serves as the Vice President of Board Development for the RP Group and has served on the RP Group Board of Directors since 2014. Her primary areas of focus are student equity, social justice, and organization development. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University, Stanislaus, and a master’s degree in Psychology from San Diego State University.
