 Conference Information for Attendees

The #SSSC22 registration desk is located in the Grand Ballroom Foyer, where you will check in and receive your conference badge. Please wear your name badge while you are at the conference. In addition to letting others know your name and affiliation, it is your ticket for meals, sessions, and special events.

The registration desk will be open:

  • Wednesday, October 5, 8:30 am–6:00 pm

  • Thursday, October 6, 7:30 am–4:30 pm

  • Friday, October 7, 8:00 am–9:00 am (Post-Conference Workshop Registration)

Important: PLEASE REMEMBER to bring proof of full vaccination of the COVID-19 primary series or proof of a negative rapid antigen test result taken within 24 hours of the conference (after 9:30 am on Tuesday, October 4). You must present one of the two items noted above to be admitted into the conference.

Access the most up-to-date conference information on your desktop, laptop, tablet, or cell phone. Our app is designed to support and enhance your experience before, during, and after the conference! The conference app is your “go to” source for everything tied to #SSSC22: the full schedule, your personal schedule, Zoom links to Virtual Session Sampler sessions, presentation information, surveys, sponsor and exhibitor information, and so much more! Please note that the app is currently a work in progress. Additional information will be added in the coming weeks.

  • To gain access to the event content, you will be prompted to confirm your registration with your first name, last name, and email address. Please use the email address that you used to register for the Strengthening Student Success Conference 2022.

  • A verification code will be sent to the email entered to verify your conference registration, so please ensure you have access to the email account used to register for the conference.

How to Access the App on Your Mobile Device

For Apple Users (iPhone & iPad):
  • Type https://crowd.cc/s/4ryPi in your web browser, which will take you directly to the mobile markets to download the CrowdCompass app.

  • Click "Download iPhone/iPad app" to load the Apple App Store and download the app.

  • Search for Event “Strengthening Student Success Conference 2022” in the event directory.

For Android users:
  • Type https://crowd.cc/s/4ryPi in your web browser, which will take you directly to the mobile markets to download the CrowdCompass app.

  • Click "Download Android App" to load the Google Play Store and download the app.

  • Search for Event “Strengthening Student Success Conference 2022” in the event directory.

Access your Zoom links through the Conference app. Just click on “All Sessions,” select the session you are about to attend, and click on the embedded Zoom link.

Plan your schedule ahead of time! In “All Sessions,” click on the + icon next to any session and it will be added to “My Schedule.” To add your conference schedule to your personal calendar, go to “My Schedule,” and click “Export Schedule” at the top of the page.

Complimentary wireless internet service will be provided in guest rooms and public spaces.

To access the wireless internet in the meeting rooms, please use network connection Hyatt_Meeting with the password SSS2022.

The conference dress code is business casual. We suggest you bring a light jacket or sweater and dress in layers, as meeting room temperatures can vary.

We are excited to be together again in person and are committed to protecting the health and safety of all who participate in SSSC22.

  • Masking: At this time, the hotel does not require masking on the premises. Unless the hotel’s or local policies change, attendees will not be required to wear masks to participate in the conference but we welcome and support anyone who chooses to wear a mask. Extra masks will be available at The RP Group table should you need one at any time during the conference.

  • Hand sanitizing stations are prominently placed throughout the hotel.

  • We encourage all attendees (regardless of vaccination status) to test prior to traveling to the conference and to bring an extra COVID-19 antigen test with them in the event they begin to feel unwell during the conference.

  • Should you begin to feel unwell or test positive during the conference, we ask that you refrain from participating in conference sessions and activities.

At the end of the conference you will have the opportunity to fill out an overall conference evaluation which can be accessed in the app. Your feedback is important to us for future planning. We encourage you to take the time to complete the evaluation by Friday, October 21, 2022.
