Though the rate will be honored until 5:00 pm on March 23, 2026, the group block could potentially sell out at any time. For that reason, we encourage early reservations. Reservation cancellations must be made a minimum of 72 hours prior to the arrival date to avoid penalties. Early departure fees will apply if you depart the hotel before your confirmed check-out date.
Complimentary wireless internet service will be provided in guest rooms. We are also providing complimentary Wi-Fi in the meeting space for all attendees, presenters, and sponsors/exhibitors.
Conference parking is $20/per day for self-parking for both overnight guests and day-use parking.
The Hyatt Regency is located approximately 13 miles from the John Wayne/Orange County Airport (SNA), 18 miles from Long Beach Airport (LGB), and 35 miles from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). We recommend Lyft/Uber, though taxi and shuttle services are also available at each airport along with car rental options. The hotel has two outdoor swimming pools, which are heated and open year-round. The 24-hour StayFit™ Gym offers both cardiovascular equipment and free weights.
Dining
The conference includes lunch for all participants on April 15 and 16 and breakfast on April 16. There will also be a reception with light hors d’oeuvres on April 15 in the late afternoon/early evening. For other meals, the hotel offers dining options, including TusCa, OC Brewhouse, Citrus Grove Deli, and Nova Kitchen and Bar. Hours vary. Additionally, there are several restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.
