If you selected "Pay by Check" and your check has not been received by your cancellation date, you will be billed for the cancellation fee (for cancellations made by April 1) or for the full amount of your registration (for cancellations made after April 1). Note: The administrative fee includes transaction fees assessed by our online registration provider.

We are continuing our commitment to student engagement at the conference! Up to two student co-presenters per session are eligible for complimentary registration and a scholarship for travel and hotel costs. Scholarships will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.

Complete this brief form on behalf of your student co-presenter to apply for the Student Presenter Scholarship.

We are excited to announce a new scholarship opportunity to support attendance at our conference. The RP Conference Scholarship was established to expand access to the conference by reducing financial barriers for individuals who might otherwise be unable to attend. Scholarships cover registration fees and/or travel expenses to attend the conference. Any IRPE professional working at a California community college or district office that is a current RP Group member is eligible to apply.

Scholarship applications submitted by 11:59 pm on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, will be considered. Applicants will be notified of their acceptance status by Monday, March 2, 2026.

The IRPE PD Steering Committee will be responsible for reviewing applications and selecting applicants to receive scholarships. Scholarship decisions will be based on the following criteria:

  • Position

  • Longevity

  • Number of unduplicated students at the institution

  • Previous RP Conference attendance

  • Role at the conference

  • Impact of conference attendance on professional growth

  • Involvement with The RP Group

If you have any questions, please contact Adore Davidson, Daniel Miramontez, and Brad Trimble, IRPE PD Steering Committee Tri-chairs, at professionaldevelopment@rpgroup.org.

Each year, our post-conference workshops are held on the final day of the event for an additional fee. If you would like to add a post-conference workshop to your main conference registration OR attend a post-conference workshop ONLY, you will have the opportunity to do so in the registration form.

Workshops last three hours and include a continental breakfast. Participants may choose one workshop. Find details about each workshop on the Post-Conference Workshop page.
