This page includes all the statewide survey efforts The RP Group has conducted on behalf of the CCCs, California Community College Chancellor’s Office, and other partners.

The RP Group Community College Survey Solutions Information Session, November 2024 (Recording)
Webinar information session where we unveil and share information about a new service that will be available for community colleges to provide solutions to their survey needs. This session includes information about the first two surveys we will be offering: a student and employee version about campus climate, and the CCEAL’s Community College Student Success Measures (CCSM) survey, cost, and sign up information.

Report summarizing results from a statewide survey and interviews with California community college (CCC) practitioners to understand the perceptions of data access, quality, usage, and satisfaction regarding the sexual orientation and gender identity (SOGI) of CCC students in order to inform the local and statewide practices and policy to collect, analyze, and share SOGI data so that the system can better serve LGBTQIA+ students.

Statewide COVID Survey Results - Spring 2020, December 2020
Report providing a summary of the findings from two statewide surveys to California Community students and practitioners to learn about their experiences transitioning to a remote educational environment during spring 2020. The surveys included topics such as: experiences with remote environment, basic needs, well-being, and overall needs.

Through the Gate Transfer Study: Phase 2 Technical Report, July 2020
Technical report providing additional detail on the Phase 2 research and includes an overview of the methodology, summary of the survey and interview findings, and list of advice from student interviewees.
