Jan Hayashi

Jan joined the RP Group in 2019 with over 20 years of HR experience in various industries, from high tech start-ups, to well-established financial services firms. Since 2011, she has focused on providing hands-on HR support, advice, and management for 2-5 small companies at a time (<50 employees) as an HR Consultant. Prior to consulting, Jan was responsible for creating and leading the HR function at a few mid-sized companies (<200 employees) based in Oregon and Massachusetts. Jan has a bachelor's degree in music education from University of Michigan, and a Master of Business Administration from Boston University.
