We recommend making Online Reservations at: 2017 Strengthening Student Success Conference - Hyatt Regency SFO for best accuracy and immediate confirmation. As an alternative, you may also call Hyatt central reservations at (888) 421-1442 and request the “RP Strengthening” group rate. Although the rate will be honored until 5:00 p.m. on September 15, 2017 (based on availability), the group block could potentially sell out at any time. For that reason, we encourage early reservations. Should the block sell out prior to the cut-off date, we will attempt to add more rooms to the block (as available) or will set up an overflow hotel. Cancellations and changes must be made a minimum of 24 hours prior to arrival date to avoid penalties.
All hotel reservations must be made by September 15, 2017 to receive the discounted room rate and to ensure space availability.

We have negotiated a 50% discount on all day use and overnight self-parking rates, which is currently $25.00 per day making the conference rate $12.50 per day. Rates are subject to change at any time.
The nearest airport is San Francisco International (SFO), which is approximately 2 miles from the hotel. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service to and from SFO. The 24-hour shuttle runs every 10-15 minutes. Look for the bus marked “Hyatt Regency and Marriott.”
The conference includes lunch for all participants on October 11th and 12th, and breakfast on October 12th. There will also be a reception with light hors d‘oeuvres on October 11th in the early evening. For other meals, there are dining options within the hotel, including: 3SIXTY Bistro, Bar, and Market.
