Michelle White
Senior Researcher

Michelle White has worked in the data management field for over ten years and has extensive experience conducting institutional research and evaluation in higher education. She has led research studies to support academic programs and organizational decision-making, and is skilled in facilitating data informed discussions and providing technical assistance related to institutional research.
Prior to her work with the RP Group, she served as a researcher for the IEPI Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM) project, where she helped design and implement SEM tools and resources and was responsible for managing data collection, statistical analysis, and research activities related to the project. In addition, Ms. White has worked as an associate faculty member teaching Business Statistics at MiraCosta College and as a Research and Planning Analyst for Palomar College and San Diego Community College District. She holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Loma Linda University and Bachelor degrees in Cognitive Neuroscience and Psychology from UC San Diego.
