Chelsy is the Chief Information Systems Officer/Vice President of Information Technology at Hartnell Community College and has a 20+year career aligning business and IT operations. Chelsy is known for her strategic, innovative, data-driven, and transparent approach to leadership. Chelsy holds a Doctor of Management in Organizational Management/Information Systems Technology and a Master of Business Administration in Global Management and is certified in Change Management and Six Sigma. Chelsy serves on the board of directors for the Chief Information Systems Officer's Association, board chair for My Sister's House, and Co-Director for Opening Eyes, Special Olympics Northern California.
