Registration for RP Conference 2024 is now open!
This year’s conference will be held April 10–12 at The Westin Long Beach. The conference will begin with an IRPE Newcomers session at 8:00 am on Wednesday, April 10. The conference will kick off for all participants at 9:45 am with a welcome session and opening plenary. Programming on the first day will run until 5:30 pm, followed by a reception. The second day of the conference on Thursday, April 11, will run from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm.
Optional post-conference workshops will be offered on Friday, April 12, 9:00 am–12:00 pm, and may be added to your conference registration for an additional fee. You may also register for just a post-conference workshop.

**RP Group Member registration rates are available to participants attending from California Community College institutions (college or district office) that are current RP Group members. To confirm the membership status of your institution, please see the current list of 2023–24 RP Group Institutional Members.
If your institution is not a current member but would like to pay 2023–24 member dues now to receive the conference member registration rate, go to our Membership page.
2023–24 dues payments must be received by February 29, 2024, to qualify for the conference member registration rate.
All presenters on accepted sessions are entitled to the discounted presenter rate. Select the “Presenter” registration type from the dropdown menu on the registration form to receive the presenter discount. If you have questions about presenter registration, please contact Lila Tavelli at professionaldevelopment@rpgroup.org.
Registration transfers are allowed and may be made by the registrant (or the person who originally made the registration) directly in our registration system at any time without an additional fee using the link in the confirmation email. You may also contact Lila Tavelli at professionaldevelopment@rpgroup.org to help you with a transfer.
Payment, Cancellations & Questions
Payment may be in the form of credit card or check. Check payments are due by March 27, 2024. If you register after March 27, 2024 (assuming space is available) and would like to pay by check, please bring a check payment with you to the conference.
Credit Card Payment
Payment may be made by credit card directly in our registration system at the time of registration or at a later date. If you would like to pay by credit card at a later date, you will need to select "Pay by Check" and then go back into your registration (using the link in your confirmation email) to switch to a credit card payment when you are ready to pay.

All cancellations must be made in writing via email to professionaldevelopment@rpgroup.org. Non-payment will not result in automatic conference registration cancellation. Since attendees are permitted to register without payment, we have no way of determining cancellation unless specifically informed in writing.
Cancellation requests received by March 27, 2024, will be refunded in full, minus a $75 administrative fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after March 27, 2024.
If you selected "Pay by Check" and your check has not been received by your cancellation date, you will be billed for the cancellation fee for cancellations made by March 27 or for the full amount of your registration for cancellations made after March 27. Note: The administrative fee includes transaction fees assessed by our online registration provider.
Each year, our post-conference workshops are held on the final day of the event for an additional fee. If you would like to add a post-conference workshop to your main conference registration, you will have the opportunity to do so later in the registration form. If you would like to attend a post-conference workshop ONLY, please select the “Post-Conference Workshop Only” option under the Registration Type menu.
Workshops last three hours and include a continental breakfast. Participants may choose one workshop. Find details about each workshop on the Post-Conference Workshop page.
The RP Group is committed to protecting the health and safety of all who participate in RP Conference 2024. We will continue to monitor local (county), state, federal, and hotel requirements and will provide updates as necessary.
Vaccinations are not required to attend the conference. We encourage all attendees to test prior to traveling to the conference and to bring an extra COVID-19 antigen test with them in the event they begin to feel unwell during the conference.
At this time, the hotel does not require masking on the premises. Unless the hotel’s or local policies change, attendees will not be required to wear masks to participate in the conference, but we welcome and support anyone who chooses to wear a mask.
