Operations Coordinator
Essence Hill brings over ten years of administrative support experience to the RP Group. She began her career in association management and legislative advocacy, followed by five years in commercial real estate development. In 2011 Ms. Hill transitioned to the health and human services field working with children in group homes and foster care, eventually moving into research and evaluation in an administrative and contract administration role for Walter R. McDonald & Associates.
Ms. Hill served on the Associate Board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Sacramento from 2010-2016 and as a Big Sister from 2003 – 2009. She has also served as a Committee Member on the Blue Ribbon Commission for the Sacramento Children’s Home and as an events volunteer for the Center High School Boosters program, St. Hope Public Schools and Indivizible, a community led organization in Sacramento, CA that focuses on the advancement of African American’s in the areas of education, economics and politics.
Ms. Hill has an AA in Social Sciences from Sacramento City College and is looking forward to continuing her education at the California State University of Sacramento in the field of Psychology.
