Though the rate will be honored until 5:00 pm on Thursday, March 28, 2024, the group block could potentially sell out at any time. Reservation cancellations must be made a minimum of 72 hours prior to the arrival date to avoid penalties. Early departure fees will apply if you depart the hotel before your confirmed check-out date.

The Westin Long Beach has been experiencing technical difficulties with their reservation system. Complimentary wireless internet service will be provided in guest rooms. We are also providing complimentary Wi-Fi in the meeting space for all attendees, presenters, and sponsors/exhibitors.

Negotiated parking is $20 for self-parking and $37 valet per night for overnight guests. We have also negotiated a discount rate for day-use parking of $15 per day.

The Westin Long Beach is located approximately 6 miles from Long Beach Airport (LGB), 22 miles from Los Angeles International (LAX), and 23 miles from John Wayne - Orange County (SNA). We recommend Lyft/Uber or taxi service. The hotel does not provide a shuttle service from any airports. Find additional transportation options on the hotel website.

The hotel has a heated outdoor swimming pool and whirlpool. The 24-hour gym offers both cardiovascular equipment and free weights.
